Family therapy is a form of treatment that approaches a perceived "problematic" individual's issue from a systematic angle. It's especially useful for families with teenagers or young adults. 

• Do all family members need to come?
  Typically everyone lives in the same household, except babies. But it's not a requirement.

• What if it's very difficult for us to sit in together?
  It's alright. I'll do my independent assessment and adjust the session as needed.
